Presidential candidate Mitt Romney says he thinks all Americans should take responsibility for their lives and not rely on government handouts.
The penalty imposed by Obamacare on those who refuse to purchase health care demonstrates President Barack Obama's insistence that you and I don't have to pay for the irresponsibility of others.
And that is as it should be.
