SECOND PHOTO: Mililani's Joelle Arakaki (right) fixes the "intake" on her team's robot Saturday. Four Mililani High School teams were part of three-team "alliances" that finished in first or second place in the VEX Robotics Competition. Forty intermediate and high school teams took part in the competition. Baldwin High School fielded four teams, one of which finished in fifth place, the best showing for a Valley Isle school.
