Kanaha Canoe Club members Dennis Day (left) and Keith Salvador wok cook smoked meat for the club’s plate lunch fundraiser at the Maui Fair on Saturday afternoon. Today is the last day of the four-day event. The fair opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for keiki 5 to 11 years old. The first 2,000 entrants will be admitted for free.
