Sachie Kitagawa, 80, of Kahului, died October 3, 2012 at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu.
Private services were held.
Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary assisted with the arrangements.
Mrs. Kitagawa was born on August 9, 1932 in Wailuku. She was the daughter of Shoichi and Hisayo (Urata) Urago.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Charles) Broughton and Linda (Chester) Nakachi; a brother, Mitsuo Urago and 5 grandchildren.
