The following sentences for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred Oct. 9 to 11. The listings include the offender's name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Amy Katherine Altorfer, 27, Kihei; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Redme Bunlik, 39, Wailuku; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Jerome J. Burawski, 48, Napili; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Peter Burt, 29, Lahaina; DUI, consuming or possessing intoxicating liquor while operating a motor vehicle, driving without a license; five-day jail term, $300 fine, $412 in fees.

Ronald Gilbert Chavez Jr., 45, Kihei; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Michelle C. Householder, 26, Kihei; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees.

Jeffrey A. Line, 44, Wailea; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Franklyn Narito, 46, Wailuku; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Abraham Nguyen, 43, Ewa Beach, Oahu; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Lowen Okamoto, 24, Wailuku; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Kenye T. Olter, 29, Lanai City; DUI; two-day jail term, $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Damon Valverde, 48, Haiku; DUI; $300 fine, $437 in fees.

Lahaina District Court:

Isaac Kahahane, age and residence unavailable; DUI; $300 fine.
