The Dukes were backed by a nine-piece ensemble composed of many members of the Steely Dan touring band. Their Maui concert was the jumping off point to a tour of Japan that will take the group to Nagoya, Osaka, Tokyo and Yokohama through early November.

The three legends put on an exhilarating show for a full house on a balmy night under the moon at the MACC. "They played for over two hours and didn't disappoint," said Art Vento, MACC chief executive officer. "They lived up to the legendary billing."
