Kula's real estate market analysis: There were only 42 homes listed in Kula on the Maui real estate MLS on Oct. 16 - six of them in escrow.
More than half of the homes are priced above a million dollars, which are nicer, newer and some have great bicoastal views. Below a million dollars are older, rundown properties or without a view.
