Molokai High School graduate Kalei Adolpho was one of four University of Hawaii women's volleyball players to reach double digits in kills in a 24-26, 34-32, 26-24, 25-22 road win over Long Beach State on Friday.
Emily Hartong had 33 kills for the Rainbow Wahine (13-2, 11-0 Big West), ranked ninth in the nation by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Ashley Kastl and Jade Vorster each had 13 kills, and Adolpho had 10. Adolpho and Vorster each had hitting percentages of .600.
Kamehameha Maui graduate Ginger Long had two kills for UH.
The 49ers (11-10, 6-4) got 20 kills from Alex Reid, and 15 from Chisom Okpala.
Hawaii will play at UC Irvine today.
