I am writing to remind all Catholics that there are things that disqualify a candidate from getting your vote. At the top of the list is child murder, commonly referred to as choice or abortion. Even if a candidate is personally opposed to it, but does not work to outlaw this evil, then he/she is immediately disqualified. If both candidates support abortion, you must choose the candidate most likely to limit its evil aspects.
If a candidate supports same sex marriage, he/she is disqualified. Likewise if a candidate supports taxpayer dollars to pay for contraception, sterilization or the morning-after pill.
As Catholics, it is our moral obligation to vote into office candidates who reflect our beliefs. These beliefs, based upon the natural law, are the Catholic code of morality. These beliefs impact our culture for the common good and advances the kingdom of heaven.
At the Democratic convention, "Catholic" speaker after "Catholic" speaker vowed to support and defend these intrinsic evils that the church is fighting against. It is beyond my comprehension how any faithful Catholic can support any candidate in the Democratic Party. They have proudly and shamelessly embraced the culture of death. By your vote for them, you cooperate in promoting this evil and you help Satan spread his will throughout our country and the world, and God will judge you accordingly. As a member of Christ's church, you should promote his will.
Use your vote wisely. Otherwise there will be hell to pay.
