I was highly offended on Oct. 19 when I went to my mailbox and found a postcard from Kaniela Ing that had been hand inserted into my box before the mailman arrived.
Thinking that it might have just not been posted correctly, I checked other boxes of neighbors that were not on island and were supposed to be receiving no mail.
Every box had the same postcard - unstamped. This is not only highly unethical but illegal. I showed my postman just to be sure of my understanding of the postal system and it is a federal offense.
Ing's lack of experience is showing.
