Blaise Harumi Yoshida, 43, of Waikapu, Maui, passed away on November 1, 2012, at his home. He was born on March 5, 1969, in Wailuku, Maui.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Blaise was a Teacher & Coach at Maui High School. He is survived by his wife, Krystal Chong; daughters, Latiana (Keith "Kika Boy" Echiverri) Espinueva, Bryana Yoshida; mother, Peggy Yoshida; brother, Scott (Sue) Yoshida; and granddaughter, Journey-Lyn Echiverri.
