It has happened again. All the votes were counted before Hawaii and Alaska were even finished.
I suggest a law be passed for future elections to allow Hawaii residents to vote 24 hours before the other states. The outcome can be kept secret and then announced at the time returns from other states are announced. It would be nice to know the people of Hawaii do count.
