Award-winning Mixologist Manny Hinojosa was recently on Maui from San Francisco to shake up the cocktail scene at Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas for the holidays.
"We invited Manny to infuse a new twist to the cocktails, which we're introducing at the resort's Ocean Pool Bar & Grill," says Bob Megargle, food and beverage director. He uses superb craftsmanship and knowledge of ingredients in designing the resort's seasonal cocktails, which will be featured through the fall and winter seasons."
"Amongst my many journeys all over the country to help define cocktail menus for restaurants and night spots, I have found Hawaii to be a truly extraordinary destination," says Manny. "The resort's garden has inspired me to use freshly grown verbena, Thai chilies, local herbs and more."
