Goodwill Industries of Hawaii and Maui Disposal are offering one-stop services for donating gently used items and to recycle cans and bottles.
The Maui Disposal and Goodwill Recycling and Donation Centers are located in Kihei and Wailuku. Goodwill also has an attended donation center at the Queen Ka'ahumanu Center.
The center locations, addresses, opening dates and times follow:
* Kihei Blackies site, 397 Huku Lii Place, daily, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
* Kihei Dive Shop site, 32 Halekuai St., Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
* 60 Kanoa St. site, Wailuku, daily, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Through this month, Maui Disposal also will be offering a special HI-5 redemption promotion of 6 cents per aluminum can at all of its redemption locations.
