First photo: University of Hawaii Maui College advanced culinary art students (from left) William ah Puck, Don Yago and Nicole Damaso reviewed the work of their first-year counterparts Wednesday at the college. Students learned how to slice, roast and debone turkeys, as well as make stock and gravy. Maui Culinary Academy External Program Coordinator Chris Speere said that it's important for the students to understand the importance of giving back to the community.
