We are having to cut back on water almost on a regular basis Upcountry.
How can the mayor even think about lifting the water meter restriction without solving the water problems first?
Upcountry is overdeveloped for the water and the roads. Our children have to walk on roads with no sidewalks.
Fix all the problems with Upcountry before allowing more construction.
