Patricia Jane Weeks, 96, of Haiku, Maui, passed away on November 17, 2012, at her home under Hospice care. She was born on July 14, 1916, in Mishawaka, Indiana.
A private service and scattering of ashes will be held.
Patricia was pre-deceased by her husband, Dr. Bertram Weeks; survived by her son, Tom (Mary) Weeks, with their children, Mary Pat Berger, Emily Stark, Becki Weeks, Tori Weeks; daughter, Patty (Rich) Levy, with her children, Patty Wurst, Julie Silva; son, Bert (Cris) Weeks Jr., with their children, Katie Weeks, Bert Weeks III, Kimberly Weeks; and 9 great-grandchildren.
