As President Barack Obama enters his second term, I believe it is safe to say that this is ideal for many reasons. Some of his plans include Obamacare, long-term economic plan, foreign policy, "all of the above" strategy, etc.
Obamacare protects families against insurance company abuses. It makes sure that people have health care when sick and coverage doesn't go away. Also, it makes sure women and men pay an equal amount if in the same situation.
His move toward tax cuts for the middle class is strongly in our favor. If this law passes before the end of the year, middle-class families and businesses (who make $250,000 or less a year) will not see their taxes go up.
Obama's energy act makes a stride to save Americans at least $8,000 when paying for gas, while also saving 12 billion barrels of oil.
Obama believes in equality and is trying to do his best to bring America together equally and not name classes such as rich and poor, black and white, or men and women. If society could step back and look at what he is trying to do, I think Obama's plan could take America a long way.
