Making it easier to stay within the lines

A Maui County highways crew from the Traffic Signs and Markings Section paints a double white line on Kokomo Road last week in Haiku. During the process, the thermal plastic paint receives a layer of reflective powdered glass to help make the lines shine brightly at night.
