Kahana photographer Michael Roberts uses a 500 mm lens to zoom in on a black-crowned night heron while taking photos at Kanaha Pond on Tuesday morning. Roberts said he generally photographs underwater scenes and seascapes. His work can be seen in his Reeflections Gallery in Honokowai.
