Kou "Helen" Sakuma, 89, of Makawao, passed away on December 14, 2012 at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday, December 27 at Nakamura Mortuary; with a service at 10:30 a.m. Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with the arrangements.
Mrs. Sakuma was born on February 14, 1923. She was a bakery store clerk.
She is survived by her husband, Masanobu Sakuma and two daughters, Hazel Okamoto and Lynne Sierra.
