Blaze Keola Kalilikane, 20, of Lahaina, Maui, passed away on December 19, 2012, in Lahaina. He was born on June 3, 1992, in Wailuku, Maui.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at Waiola Church; service will begin at 11:00 a.m.; cremation will follow.
Blaze was a Security Officer at the Masters Condo in Kaanapali. He is survived by his parents, Keri & Moses Kalilikane Jr.; sister, Brittney Kalilikane; and grandparents, Moses & Mary Kalilikane, and Pete Mendoza.
