Haunani Apoliona (12-string guitar) is a renowned Native Hawaiian leader, Board of Trustees Chair for Office of Hawaiian Affairs and entertainer with the Hawaiian music group Olomana. Ku'uipo Kumukahi (guitar) has released six Hawaiian albums and received Na Hoku Hanohano Awards and was president of the Hawaii Academy of Recording Arts. Helen Woodward plays upright bass, performing with Mahiehie for halau hula for 25 years and also performed with the Islanders for 20 years at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki.
