The St. Anthony High School boys basketball team earned its first Maui Interscholastic League win of the season on Thursday, beating previously undefeated Seabury Hall 71-68 at Erdman Athletic Center in Olinda.
The Trojans (1-5) had four players score in double figures, led by Preston Masanda's 20 points. Michael Fernandez had 18, Kekaha Souza added 15 and Colby Tam had 11.
The Spartans (5-1) dropped into a tie for first place with Molokai in the MIL Division II standings.
Masanda scored nine points in the third quarter - St. Anthony outscored Seabury 23-11 in the period for a 50-37 lead, then held off a rally in the final eight minutes.
The Trojans took 41 free throws, making 28.
Kaleb Palmer scored 26 points for the Spartans - 21 in the second half, including 12 in the fourth quarter.

Kamehameha Maui (2-6) got seven points from Keawe Rindlishbacher.
* KING KEKAULIKE GIRLS 50, KAMEHAMEHA MAUI 20: At Pukalani, Cameron Fernandez scored 16 points as King Kekaulike improved to 6-5.
Ashley Tanoue-Singson scored seven points for Kamehameha Maui (1-11).
