King Kekaulike seeks water polo coach

King Kekaulike High School is accepting applications for its water polo head coach opening.

Applications are available at the school's main office in Pukalani. Completed applications and resumes may be hand delivered or mailed to King Kekaulike High School, Attn: Athletics Department, 121 Kula Highway, Pukalani, 96768.

All applications must be received by 4 p.m. on Feb. 1.

Reece, Manuwai to be at Molokai clinic

Oakland Raiders fullback Mercel Reece, and Vince Manuwai, an offensive lineman for the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2003 to 2010, will offer instruction at a clinic scheduled for 2-4 p.m. on Jan. 28 at the Molokai High School football field in Hoolehua.

Registration forms are available at the high school, as well as at Kilohana School, Kaunakakai School, Molokai Middle School, Maunaloa School and Kualapuu School. Forms are due by Jan. 25 and must mailed to Molokai Athletics, Attn: Hoku Haliniak, P.O. Box 158, Hoolehua, 96729.

Shelley aces No. 6 at Kaanapali Kai Course

Gary Shelley of Lahaina recorded a hole-in-one Jan. 10 at the Kaanapali Kai Course.

Shelley aced the sixth hole, using a 7-wood for the 141-yard shot, which was witnessed by Hugh O'Reilly, as well as Peter and Carol Schmitz.
