The Kamehameha Schools Maui boys soccer team clinched a berth in the state tournament on Friday by defeating Maui High 3-0 in a Maui Interscholastic League game in Kahului.
Micah Alo scored for the Warriors (10-2-1) in the 12th minute, Bryant Kubo added a goal in the 28th and Taylor Kaaukai scored in the 75th.
Kamehameha, unbeaten in its last four games, moved to the top of the MIL Division I standings, one point in front of King Kekaulike, which is also assured of a berth in the state tournament.
The Warriors and Na Alii each have one regular-season game remaining - Kamehameha will visit Seabury Hall on Tuesday, and King Kekaulike plays at Maui High (4-7-1) on Thursday.
