The University of Hawaii men's volleyball team rallied for a 19-25, 25-18, 22-25, 25-21, 15-11 victory over Pepperdine on Friday in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu.
Sinisa Zarkovic had 19 kills, Brook Sedore added 17 kills and four aces, and JP Marks had 12 kills for the Warriors (2-6, 1-4). Joby Ramos had 54 assists for Hawaii, which hit .364 for the match.
Maurice Torres had 20 kills and Matt West had 46 assists for the Waves (3-2, 3-2), who hit .278.
The teams will play again Sunday.
