Seabury moves within one win of regular-season title

January 29, 2013
The Maui News

The Seabury Hall boys basketball team moved to the brink of a Maui Interscholastic League Division II regular-season championship by defeating St. Anthony 46-21 on Monday at War Memorial Gym in Wailuku.

Cameron King scored 13 points for the Spartans (9-1), who will conclude their regular season with games at Molokai on Friday and Saturday - a win for Seabury in either contest would sew up first place.

On Monday, the Spartans held the Trojans (1-9) without a field goal in the second quarter, and led 30-8 at halftime.

Michael Fernandez scored 11 points for St. Anthony.
