The Blood Bank of Hawaii will be holding four blood drives in February, including one in Kihei.
The last time the Blood Bank was in Kihei was in 2005, but the bank is revisiting the area as part of venturing into new communities, a release said.
The drives will be at the following times and locations:
* 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Feb. 19, Baldwin High School, multipurpose room.
* 7 a.m.-2:45 p.m., Feb. 20, Cameron Center auditorium.
* 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Feb. 21, Kihei Community Center.
* 7 a.m.-2:45 p.m., Feb. 22, Cameron Center auditorium.
To donate blood, one must be in good health, be 18 years of age or older or 17 with a signed Blood Bank of Hawaii parent/legal guardian consent form, weigh at least 110 pounds and bring a valid photo identification with date of birth.
