I'm all for the right to bear arms. But I don't get it when people point to the Second Amendment, which guarantees the right, and completely ignore the part that says "a well regulated militia." What do people think well-regulated means? It's in the Constitution. So why do people get their shorts in a knot when regulations for the sake of public safety are enacted?
There is a lot of this kind of ridiculousness in America. It's like a virus run wild. What we need is some way to disinfect the Rush Limbaughs and Glenn Becks who spew their germs all over us.
