Kamilah Martin had 14 points and eight rebounds, Shawna-Lei Kuehu added 12 points and Destiny King scored 11 as the University of Hawaii women's basketball team beat host UC Santa Barbara 54-51 on Thursday.
Monica DeAngelis added nine points - all on 3-pointers - for the Rainbows (14-11, 10-4 Big West). Hawaii has won five of its last six games.
Molokai High School alumnus Kalei Adolpho had one assist in eight minutes for the Rainbow Wahine.
Sweets Underwood scored 16 points and Nicole Nesbit added 15 for the Gauchos (11-14, 7-6).
Hawaii's next game is Saturday at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
