UH baseball drops to 0-6

The University of Hawaii baseball team remained winless on the season with a 3-1 loss to Rice on Saturday at Les Murakami Stadium.

The Owls (4-2) broke a 1-1 tie with two runs in the eighth inning. Jordan Stephens (1-1) pitched a five-hitter.

Adam Hurley was 3-for-3 for the Rainbows (0-6). Conner Little (0-2) allowed one earned run over 7 1/3 innings.

On Friday, Rice beat Hawaii 2-0 in 17 innings.
