The Mayor's Kokua Ball will take place from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the King Kamehameha Golf Club in Waikapu.
The ball is a fundraiser for the Mayor Arakawa Community Kokua Fund.
"We are grateful to have Hollywood film producer and financier Ryan Kavanaugh, CEO of Relativity Media, as our honorary chairperson," said Rita O'Connor, event chairperson.
The evening will feature a celebrity-style red carpet walk with complimentary portrait photographs and a champagne greeting during the no-host cocktail hour with live music.
Guests will also have an opportunity to bid on artwork donated by Maui artists in a silent auction, as well as buy tickets for a luxury raffle package.
The reception will be followed by chef Eddie Munoz's cuisine, with music and entertainment by Deja vu Band, Aloha Ballroom Dance Academy, emcee Charles Cook and open dancing throughout the evening.
The silent art auction features Maui artists who will be attending the event to meet and greet guests: Elan Vital, Dario Campanile, Christina DeHoff, Jack Nordby, Marcello Bugagiar, Roman Czerwinski, Nadine Ramelb, Taryn Alessandro, Kimmie, Julie Galeeva and Rafael Pereda.
Sponsors include Elan Vital, Goodfellow Bros. & Honua'ula, Maui Disposal, Maui Lani Developers, Clifford Planning & Architecture, First Hawaiian Bank, Service Rentals, Soderholm Sales & Leasing, Mark Ellman Restaurants, Maui Bridge Club, United Public Workers, Mason's Union Local No. 1, Maui Bling, Hairways and the Filipino Chamber of Commerce.
