Hawaii outlasts Southern California in five

Sinisa Zarkovic had 16 kills, 10 digs and four aces and Brook Sedore also had 16 kills as the University of Hawaii men's volleyball team rallied from two sets down to beat Southern California on Friday at the Stan Sheriff?Center in Honolulu.

The Warriors won the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match 24-26, 21-25, 25-22, 26-24, 15-9.

Joby Ramos had 47 assists for the No. 11 Warriors (6-12, 5-10).

Tanner Jansen had 20 kills and Joey Booth added 19 for the No. 13 Trojans (4-10, 4-10). Micah Christenson, a Kamehameha Kapalama alumnus, had 51 assists.
