Why is it that we have criminal activity at Kalama Village (drugs being sold) and the Maui Police Department is across the street yet does nothing?
I live up the street and walk by dealers, out in the open, and yet nothing gets done.
The Police Department is aware of the problem. There is a map in the police files which indicates all the problems reported.
This area is known, even to tourists, where they can buy drugs.
