Don't "Ask The Mayor" (The Maui News, March 4).
Nothing has changed if you want to install a net metering photovoltaic array 10,000 watts or less. Cough up $3,000 for the "maybe you can, maybe you can't" study or wait for hell to freeze over.
The mayor should just ask someone at Maui Electric Co.
