The Baldwin High School boys golf team extended its season-opening winning streak to seven matches and entered a tie for first place in the Maui Interscholastic League by defeating Kamehameha Maui 169-206 on Wednesday at Elleair Maui Golf Club in Kihei.
Ariel Hanson had a 39 for the Bears, Jameson Keiley carded a 40, Tyler Munetake shot 44, Nathaniel Idica had a 46 and Jordan Hinau recorded a 52. Matt Vanni (43) was the nonscoring alternate.
The Warriors (1-6) were led by Lucas Park's 41. Jacob Puu had a 47, Kainalu Steward a 55 and Kalei Stanich a 63.
* KING KEKAULIKE BOYS 165, MAUI HIGH 203: At Waiehu Municipal Golf Course, Drake Onaga's 38 and Zane Jarrett's 39 led King Kekaulike (2-5).
Brandon Castro had a 42, Anthony Corpuz a 46 and A.J. Ramelb a 53 for Na Alii.
Ian Bingham had a 44 for Maui High (2-5), Chase Baker a 49, Ross Takemoto a 50, Marvyn Guillermo a 60 and Menard Guillermo a 63.
