Rainbows suffer first loss in four games

The University of Hawaii baseball team's three-game winning streak was snapped Friday with a 6-2 loss to Wichita State at Murakami Stadium in Honolulu.

The Rainbows (4-16) were limited to five hits.

Casey Gillaspie hit a solo home run for the Shockers (12-10). Cale Elam (2-1) allowed two runs in eight innings.

Scott Squier (0-3) took the loss.
