For 20 years now, Marco's Grill & Deli has been offering consistent and tasty meals with top-notch service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Its convenient location near the airport and the big box stores is enhanced with cool air conditioning, cushy booths and chairs, and soothing music.
Desserts tempt you right at the entrance case, and signature dishes such as the vodka rigatoni, classic Caesar salad, and chicken parmigiana keep customers returning year after year.

"It's all about Maui," says owner Marco Defanis. "If it wasn't for the community, I wouldn't be here."
So in celebration of his 20 successful years in business, he has presented the Maui Food Bank with a check.
"Marco's check for $5,000 equals about 25,000 meals," says Richard Yust, Maui Food Bank's executive director. "It goes a looong way. We serve 10,000 people per month through our more than 130 nonprofit partner agencies on Maui as well as on Lanai and Molokai."
Yust goes on to say that these nonprofits distribute to children's youth organizations, various homeless shelters and to agencies for the handicapped.
"We don't distribute the food ourselves, we work through the agencies. But we don't turn anyone down, either," adds Director of Operations Keith Wright.
"It goes without saying we are honored to be chosen as the beneficiary of Marco's 20th anniversary," says Yust. "It speaks volumes for Marco. It's hard to survive in this tough industry so long."
Marco attributes his success to his staff.
"I have an outstanding staff," he says. "They bend over backwards for customers and treat everyone right."
Last year, in anticipation of his big 20th anniversary, Marco threw serious money at the restaurant with new flatware, bone China and leather-like table covers topping the linens. Live plants, sexy martini glasses and champagne flutes add to the menu, which has also been enhanced.
"We have so many new dishes such as French onion soup, crab mac 'n' cheese, Cobb salad, flat breads, and iceberg wedges with blue cheese."
Voted the Best Italian Restaurant on Maui in the current Best of Maui contest, Marco's serves fresh grilled salmon and mahimahi. The latter is piccata-style with lemon, butter, capers, tomato, garlic onion and clam broth over linguine.
"Because of our great pricing, I'm selling 20 to 30 pounds of mahi per day. I also use Maui Cattle Co. beef burgers, and our pasta pesto is also new."
