Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa will partner with Maui Brewing Company, Southern Wine & Spirits and General Cigar to kick off its inaugural Maui Craft Session event on Friday, May 10.
This smokin' hot celebration of the craft beer, whisky, and cigar industries will take place on Sheraton Maui's Ocean Lawn in Kaanapali, with legendary Pu'u Keka'a as the backdrop.
The walkabout affair will highlight these industries rooted in small batch production with handmade products, sourced from the finest ingredients, utilizing time-honored methods.

Thoughtful pairings will be offered, and it's going to be fun.
As you enter the party, you will be greeted with a beer cocktail called the Lahaina Mule, a play on the Moscow Mule. Then everyone gets two cigars. Choices include Partagas, CAO and Macanudo brands.
Walk around and sip fine whiskeys such as Paddy's from Ireland, and others from Scotland, Japan and Kentucky.
"Paddy's started distilling back in 1719, so they definitely know what they're doing," says Annie Polk of Southern. Beers such as Westside ESB, Wee Heavy and specialty cask brews will flow.
Food pairings are being created by Greg Gaspar, Sheraton's executive chef.
"The timing of this event serves as Maui's kickoff to American Craft Beer Week, that then culminates across the island at Maui Brewer's Festival," says Brandon Maeda, the resort's director of food and beverage. "This synergistic partnership unites our industry's bests in their respective crafts encompassing 'crate, cask and barrel.' As the inaugural showcase event, we invite those who share our passion for the craft industry to come join us in this evening of celebration and inspiration."
