Quick, get them while they're here! Thirteen of Maui's top artists and printmakers are hard at work creating a collection of original prints for the 10th Annual Hui No'eau Print Collection & Calendar.
Artists are donating their time to create a series of 8-by-8-inch prints with each artist's work representing a month in 2014. All of the original artwork may be removed and framed, making the calendar a gift of 13 collectable works.
This year's artists include Gwen Arkin, Tania Arens, Judy Bisgard, Tom Faught, Matt Foster, Tim Garcia, Honey Bun Haynes, Harriet Huff, Caroline Killhour, Keri Meyer, Casey Neumann, Julie Peterson, Jim Powlan, and Donnette-Gene Wilson.
With only 35 sets for sale, this limited edition collection is available now by pre-sale. All of the proceeds will benefit the Hui's Open Studio program, which provides local artists with access to professionally equipped studios. Calendars will also be available at Hui Holidays. Cost is $225
To reserve a calendar, call 572-6560 or visit the Hui at 2841 Baldwin Ave. in Makawao.
