Pineapple Grill in Kapalua is squeezing out some juicy deals with what it calls its End of Summer promotion, running now until the end of October.
For instance, buy a full breakfast entree, and you may sip $3 mimosas until 11 a.m. Or, you may opt for the guamosas with guava, pineapple and orange juices at the same price with breakfast entree.
"A runaway breakfast hit right now is the huevos rancheros en fuego," says Chris Kaiwi, the restaurant's vice president and managing partner. "We also make huevos carne asada with spiced filet mignon and that is also flying out the door."
Breakfast server April Ludwick is happy to offer $3 mimosas, as well as guamosas with multiple juices and champagne, when you order your morning entrees through Oct. 31. Or, opt for the dinner for two with a bottle of wine that includes the new Asian short ribs, second photo.

Or you may indulge in corned-beef hash braised with Maui Brewing Co.'s Bikini Blonde beer; biscuits and sausage gravy Maui style with jalapeno and Portuguese sausage in the mix; and Belgian waffles with bananas and mac nuts, pineapple mac-nut syrup and whipped cream.
Another exciting promotion that's drawing in people is the dinner for two with a bottle of wine. It's priced at $100 per couple -and it offers a saving of 20 percent.
"Tony Guerrero is our wine director, and he's selected three whites and three reds from around the world for your dining pleasure," says Kaiwi.
As for the menu, Chef de Cuisine Aaron Palone, who worked with chef Jojo Vasquez when he was at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua's Banyan Tree, has created two new entrees for the dinner and wine promo.
Seared Kona kampachi is served with Kula corn, shiitake mushrooms, sweet pea succotash, pickled garlic, ginger aioli, chive and chili oil. Asian-braised short ribs come with wasabi mashed potatoes, steamed local bok choy, caramelized Maui Gold pineapple chutney, housemade kim chi as well as kalbi demi glace.
In mid-October, you'll be able to shake it up at Pineapple Grill with eight fresh cocktails designed by Southern Wine & Spirits master mixologist Chandra Lucariello, or sip from eight wines by the glass and savor eight gastro pub-style pupu offerings.
"All will be offered for $8 each after 8 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays," says Kaiwi. "Those are the evenings when we also offer live music."
