The University of Hawaii women's basketball team rebounded with a 74-66 victory over Northern Arizona on Sunday at Flagstaff, Ariz.
Kamilah Jackson scored 17 points and Sydney Haydel added 15 for the Rainbow Wahine (1-1), who lost by 40 points to Arizona State in Saturday's season opener.
Morgan Mason and Destiny King each added 10 points for UH, which outscored Northern Arizona 42-33 in the second half.
The Rainbow Wahine made 9 of 10 free-throw attempts in the final 90 seconds to seal the victory.
Brittani Lusain scored 24 points to lead the Lumberjacks, who were playing their season opener.
Hawaii returns home for the Bank of Hawaii Rainbow Wahine Classic scheduled for Friday through Sunday.
