Josephine Lilinoe "Jo-Jo" Flores, 94, of Wailuku, passed away on December 17, 2013. She was born on June 4, 1919 in Lahaina, Maui.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints-Kahului Ward, with visitation from 9:00 am; services at 11:00 am, followed by 2:00 pm burial at Maui Memorial Park.
She was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Manuel Paiva and George Flores; sons, Paul, Leroy and Jacob Paiva and son-in-laws, Hiram Kanuha and Marty Bryan.
She is survived by her sons, Harold "K" (Janette) Paiva, Edward Scott "Kaipo" (Arlana) Flores and George (Annette) Flores, Jr.; daughters, Myra "Kanoe" Paiva, Juliette Bryan, Theone Kanuha, Tiana "Noe" (Lance) Enfield and Josephine "Keoki" Flores; sister, Myra Kaliipio and numerous grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She was affectionately known as "Tutu" not only to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, but to the many children she babysat and loved throughout the years.
Christmas was a favorite time of year for her. She would make sure the whole family would enjoy the Christmas holiday at her house, as her family was most important to her.
