Rain washed out Maui Interscholastic League baseball and softball games for a second consecutive day Saturday.
In baseball, two games had been scheduled for Maehara Stadium in Wailuku - Kamehameha Schools Maui was to have faced King Kekaulike, and Baldwin was to have played Lahainaluna. Molokai was scheduled to play at Lanai. The Division I games were rescheduled for March 31. A new date for the Division II game has not been set.
Rain has also washed out Friday's scheduled D-I games. Those contests were rescheduled for Monday - the Warriors and Na Alii are to play at 3:30 p.m., and the Bears will meet the Lunas at 6 p.m.
On March 31, Lahainaluna and Baldwin are slated for a 3:30 p.m. game, with King Kekaulike facing Kamehameha at 6 p.m.
Saturday's softball game between King Kekaulike and Lahainaluna at Patsy Mink Field in Kahului was moved to Monday at 6 p.m. at the same location. The scheduled meeting between Baldwin and Kamehameha has not yet been rescheduled, nor has the doubleheader between Molokai and St. Anthony slated for Keopuolani Park in Wailuku.
The D-II doubleheader was needed after weather postponed Fri-day's meeting between the Farmers and Trojans.
