No, not all mothers are the same.
The two mothers quoted below should tell you everything you need to know about the Israeli, Palestine/Arab struggle.
From the mother of one of the slain Jewish teens, "Even in the depth of the mourning over our son, it is hard for me to describe how distressed we were over the outrage that happened in Jerusalem and the killing of the Israeli-Arab teen - the shedding of innocent blood is against morality, it is against the Torah and Judaism, it is against the basis of our life in this country.
"The murderers of our children, whoever sent them, whoever helped them and whoever incited toward that murder - will all be brought to justice, but it will be them, and no innocent people, it will be done by the government, the police, the justice department and not by vigilantes."
Now, from the other side, a televised interview on June 29 with the mother of one of the Hamas terrorists named as a prime suspect in the killings. "If they (the Israelis) accuse him of this (the kidnapping), and if it is a true accusation, I will be proud of him until Judgment Day," she declared. "If the accusation that he did it is true . . . My boys are all righteous, pious and pure. The goal of my children is the triumph of Islam."
