MIL baseball: Rain washes out two games

The Maui Interscholastic League baseball game Friday between Kamehameha Maui and Maui High at Maehara Stadium was suspended because of inclement weather.

The game will resume today at 10:30 a.m. with the score tied at 1-1 and the Warriors batting in the top of the fourth inning.

Friday’s second game between Baldwin and King Kekaulike was postponed.

The Bears and Na Alii will play a doubleheader today at 1 and 3:30 p.m. at Maehara Stadium.

The teams were originally scheduled to play single games Friday and today.

* SEABURY HALL 21, LANAI 9: At Lanai City, the Spartans scored 12 runs in the top of the sixth inning against the Pine Lads.

Cayde Omura batted 3-for-5 and Slayde Omura went 2-for-3 with a double for Seabury Hall.

Lanai’s Bowe Ebding homered.
