Baldwin beats King Kekaulike in baseball, improves to 5-0

Noah Apolo allowed one run over five innings as the Baldwin High School baseball team beat King Kekaulike 7-4 in a Maui Interscholastic League game Monday at Maehara Stadium.

Apolo gave up two hits and struck out five batters for the Bears (5-0), who took a half-game lead over Maui High atop the Division I standings.

Baldwin’s Isaiah Madella and Daulton Cabacungan both drove in two runs.

Na Alii dropped to 3-5.
