Baldwin sweeps King Kekaulike
Baldwin High School earned a berth in the Maui Interscholastic League Division I boys volleyball tournament’s final with a 25-17, 25-23, 25-15 victory over King Kekaulike on Wednesday at the Bears’ gym.
Niko Corpin had 13 kills and 12 digs for Baldwin (12-1), the regular-season champion. Ryan Garces and Brad Bowlin each had nine kills, and Garces added nine digs. Kyson Kaiama had 37 assists, and Coren Yamauchi had 12 digs and two aces.
Lionel Mills had three kills and two aces for Na Alii (5-9), and Maka Nomura had three kills and two blocks.
