Farmers rally to earn spot in D-II semifinals
Brayden Willing-McCutcheon, David Rapanot and Koal Kaulia-Makaiwi each had two RBIs, and the Molokai High School baseball team rallied past Radford 7-4 in a Wally Yonamine Foundation Division II State Championship quarterfinal game Thursday at Hans L’Orange Field on Oahu.
Willing-McCutcheon finished 3-for-4, Rapanot had a triple and Kaulia-Makaiwi had a double for the Farmers (9-0), who scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Rapanot also picked up the victory in relief.
Molokai will play Maryknoll in a semifinal game today.
